TM9 (also referred to as "Trade Master 9", "we", "us", "our") is a software development and technology platform. We provide an electronic trading platform that allows users ("you", "User", "Client") to access market data, charts, analysis tools, and to connect to licensed third-party brokers for trade execution.
All trading activity, fund custody, deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions are handled exclusively by the third-party broker you choose to connect to. TM9 only displays trading information provided by your broker.
To use TM9, you must create an account using a valid email and authentication method. You are responsible for:
TM9 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any reason TM9 deems necessary to protect the platform or other users.
TM9 allows you to connect a third-party broker account (e.g., MT5, TM9-licensed brokers, or other supported brokers). By connecting a broker, you acknowledge:
TM9 is not responsible for: broker insolvency, bankruptcy, or sudden closure; broker fraud, misappropriation of funds, or absconding; broker withdrawal delays or refusals; broker regulatory issues or license revocations; or any losses caused by broker actions or inactions.
You are solely responsible for verifying the regulation, reputation, and financial standing of any broker before depositing funds.
TM9 may provide AI-generated market analysis, trade signals, or automated trade suggestions through Master AI or similar features.
All signals, analyses, and AI-generated content are for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of any outcome. You are solely responsible for any decision to act on or ignore any signal. TM9 makes no warranty regarding signal accuracy, profitability, or suitability for your situation.
Automated trade execution features (including those connected through TM9 partner apps such as MMM) operate based on technical signals and pre-set rules. TM9 does not guarantee execution success, fill price, or trade outcome. Auto-trading carries additional risk including but not limited to:

All content, software, logos, design, brand names ("TM9", "Trade Master 9", "Master AI", "MMM"), trademarks, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of TM9 and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TM9 strictly for your personal trading activity. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from TM9's software or content.
TM9 integrates with third-party services including but not limited to: brokers (trade execution), payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, Apple, Google), data providers (price feeds, market news), and AI providers (OpenAI, Azure). TM9 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
TM9 strives to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet or network issues, third-party outages (broker, data feed, cloud provider), or force majeure events. TM9 is not liable for any losses caused by downtime, latency, or technical issues.
TM9 IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TM9 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
TM9 makes no warranty that the platform will meet your requirements, that trading on the platform will be profitable, that signals or AI suggestions will be accurate, that errors will be corrected, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TM9, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: trading losses of any kind; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; losses arising from broker conduct, insolvency, or fraud; losses arising from third-party service failures; or any unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TM9 and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of TM9, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or disputes between you and your broker.
You may delete your account anytime via Settings or by contacting support. TM9 may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms; if TM9 suspects fraud, illegal activity, or abuse; if required by law or regulatory authority; or if TM9 discontinues the service. Upon termination, your access ends, but obligations regarding your broker (open trades, deposits, withdrawals) remain between you and your broker.
TM9 may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email, in-app notification, or website banner. Continued use of TM9 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Dubai / DIFC / your chosen jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [seat of arbitration], in English, before a single arbitrator under [DIFC-LCIA / SIAC] rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
