The redesign was about control rather than discovery. Following a trader is easy anywhere; being able to cap the risk on each signal, scale an allocation up or down, and step out of a position without unfollowing is what makes copy trading usable over months rather than days.
Verified traders on the leaderboard publish a full audited history and a risk profile, so the decision to follow someone is based on a record rather than a claim. Allocations stay yours: cap the risk per signal, scale it later, or exit a position on your own without dropping the trader.
