Occasionally the download of a trading mobile app for operations in the Forex and exchange markets does not go smoothly, and on a phone or tablet the cause is almost always one of a handful of ordinary things rather than anything to do with trading.
Storage is first on the list and the least suspected. A device with only a few hundred megabytes free will frequently start a download from the Play Store or App Store and fail silently near the end, which reads as an app fault and is not. Clearing a gigabyte of space and retrying resolves a surprising share of failed installs on its own.
Operating system version is second. Each build states the Android or iOS version it needs on its store listing, and a device below that line may not show the app in search results at all. Updating the OS first, then searching again, is quicker than troubleshooting an install that was never going to run. Regional availability is a related cause: store listings differ by country, so an app that a colleague can see is not guaranteed to appear in yours.
After that, the usual suspects: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, restart the device, and open the store fresh. If the app installs but will not open, check for a pending update and confirm you have a working connection, since quotes need one to stream.
