There is no need to install additional desktop software to use TM9. That single fact solves a problem traders meet more often than they expect: the computer in front of you is not one you are allowed to change. A locked-down work laptop, a shared family machine, a borrowed desk in another office — each of them can run the platform through a browser without anything being installed.
The path is short. Connect to the internet, log in to your trading account, and a wide range of trading and analytical features opens immediately: charts, technical indicators, fundamental market information, the order ticket, your positions and your history. It is the same account you use elsewhere, so nothing needs setting up again on a new machine.
For brokers this shortens onboarding dramatically. A prospective client can be looking at live charts during the conversation in which they signed up, rather than downloading an installer, restarting a computer and losing interest somewhere in between. The web platform turns a multi-step start into a login.
